Meet Jonas Wiechmann, BS, CSCS, Head Performance Coach at Compete SC, specializing in adult performance training and guiding adults and competitive athletes toward a stronger, healthier lifestyle.
Originally from Acton, MA, Jonas played four years of collegiate football while earning his degree in Exercise Science at Endicott College. He has coaching experience at both the Division I and Division III football levels, in addition to working with general population adults. Jonas leads the Adult Performance Training program at Compete SC, building a culture centered on effort, consistency, and community.
